Quinoa Cakes

I discovered my new favorite way to enjoy quinoa—as a patty similar to a crab cake.
I took the recipe from this website (http://thriveforward.com/recipe-center/base-quinoa-cake/) eliminated the oil, used celery and shredded cabbage as my veggies, flaxseed meal and lentils as my binder and garlic and some Not Chicken Bouillon as my flavoring along with some rubbed sage.  Very nice.
