Hummus made with PB2 powder instead of tahini (lower fat) |
Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas, or two cups prepared from dried (remove skins)
2 tablespoons PB2 powder
2 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 clove garlic
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon smoked salt
1 teaspoon flaxseed meal
Process in an intense small blender such as a "Ninja" until smooth.
